Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - Childcare Operations to oversee the daily operations of our childcare services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care environments, managing staff performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of childcare professionals to deliver exceptional service quality
  • Monitor and improve care environment standards across all services
  • Collaborate with coordinators and assistant coordinators to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure adherence to legislative and industry standards
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in OSHC children's services management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care environments and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
