As their portfolio of visionary commercial, residential, and health care projects continues to explode, they're searching for a seasoned Project Manager to join their expert team and help shape the future of Australian construction. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver some of the country's most significant and transformative projects.

The Role

  • Manage all on site activities and performance - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
  • Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
  • Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in an upper management role (minimum of 5 years)
  • Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
  • Experience developing talent
  • Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment (In commercial Construction)
  • Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
