About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • To develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • To manage and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • To monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Civil Construction and extensive experience in managing construction projects. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is essential.
