We are seeking a Community Liaison Officer to support our Sunshine Coast development project. This role will be the face of our project, working closely with the project management team to deliver key messages and facilitate employee engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage public relations, and communicate effectively across different channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presents on-site to support construction activities and engage with external stakeholders.
  • Develops communication materials for projects, events, and activities.
  • Delivers key messages through various channels, including internal communications and corporate messaging.
  • Facilitates employee engagement and ensures accurate information dissemination.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Experience in marketing and/or public relations, including external stakeholder relations skills.
  • Ability to influence people and manage public demands across construction projects.
  • Problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and coach others.

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and disseminate information effectively.
