Key Account Opportunity

As a seasoned customer growth professional, you will collaborate with existing client brands to drive revenue expansion and increase product usage.

You will identify opportunities to enhance existing relationships and expand into new areas of these companies – building strategic partnerships and aligning their needs with our product offerings.

  • Drive revenue growth within your customer base and increase the number of active teams utilizing our product, focusing on enhancing client engagement and participation.
  • Grow top accounts by boosting spend and usage, while maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Spearhead the identification and qualification of leads, fostering opportunity development, and meticulously tracking progress to optimize sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience working as an Account Manager (with growth/sales targets) or similar, preferably in a SaaS product or tech environment.
