The Director of Investor Relations plays a pivotal role in managing multi-investor fund operations, including relationship management, strategic planning of annual funds, management of investor due diligence, and leading the review and negotiations of partnership agreement terms and the fund closing process.

Total Rewards Package

You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.

The base salary for this role is estimated at $163,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. The salary range may vary based on factors such as location, performance, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in the formation and closing of multi-investor LIHTC funds.
  • Manage investor relationships, ensuring timely reporting and information needs are addressed.
  • Negotiate and review partnership agreement terms, managing fund closing processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in presenting risks, mitigants, and resolving legal and technical issues.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with other Investor Relations priorities as requested, collaborating with various teams and departments.
