Affordable Housing Financial Analyst

The Enterprise Community, Inc. is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Financial Analyst to join its Asset Management Department.
Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the fiscal condition of affordable housing sponsors, developers, and guarantors whose developments utilize various financing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and areas of risk for Sponsors.
- Review financial statements and prepare multi-year financial analysis spreadsheets for Sponsors/guarantors.
- Identify salient characteristics brought to light from the financial analysis spreadsheet, communicate findings, and recommend follow-up items to the Director/Sr. Director, Sponsor Resolution.
- Facilitate internal communication, track Sponsor resolution progress, and document feedback and decision-making throughout the Sponsor analysis.
- Communicate directly with representatives of sponsors/guarantors to better understand the information provided.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, and 2+ years of experience required.
- Directly related experience in auditing and/or financial analysis of real estate development companies and non-profits.
- Excellent analytical skills.
The base salary for this role is $92,500 per year.
