Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will ensure water projects are delivered to client expectations, timeframes, and specifications while contributing to Stantec's financial success. You will also manage project change, finances, schedule, quality, health, safety, and risk while driving diverse teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and design managers to plan, coordinate, and execute key projects according to the Stantec Corporate Project Management Framework (PMF).
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare and monitor project safety plans to ensure Stantec's SaferTogether culture is upheld and documented.
  • Drive process improvements and streamline workflows to optimise project outcomes.
  • Identify and alleviate project risks to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Conduct project meetings with stakeholders to set expectations and discuss results.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal delivery teams.
