Water Mitigation Project Lead

We're seeking a Water Mitigation Project Lead to join our team of experts in restoring properties after water damage. As a project lead, you'll be responsible for managing complex water restoration projects, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple water restoration projects simultaneously
  • Lead a team of technicians to complete projects efficiently
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • 3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration project management
  • IICRC WRT certification (required); ASD and Mold certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in proper documentation of the scope of loss, Moisture Mapper, and DocuSketch
  • Knowledge of wall, floor, and ceiling assemblies to avoid costly mistakes
