Customer Experience Specialist

About The Role
  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls with empathy and expertise, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes.
  • Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations, and amendments, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
About You
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, able to navigate complex situations with ease.
