About the Role

As a Client Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound call enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide proactive support to clients, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key advisers and dealer groups.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to resolve client queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
