Project Systems and Quality Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to excel at bringing structure, clarity and quality to complex projects.


This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on creating robust documentation, streamlining processes and leveraging tools like SharePoint and Power BI to drive efficiency. You will be the central point for project systems, ensuring teams have templates, reports and quality standards needed to execute with precision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and maintain project documentation including technical schedules, project registers, logistics plans and OHS/SWMS documentation.
  • Provide direct systems and documentation support to project delivery teams acting as key point of contact for process and quality queries.
  • Design and manage project collaboration sites using SharePoint to ensure seamless information flow and document control.
  • Support development and maintenance of project reporting dashboards using Power BI to provide clear data-driven insights.
  • Champion best practices in project management ensuring systems and processes align with PMBOK principles and ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Translate project requirements into structured plans, tools and reports enhancing consistency and operational excellence across the business.

About You:
  • Experience in project coordination, quality or systems-focused role preferably within construction, engineering or EPCM environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with proactive solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite particularly Excel, SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience in developing and managing technical documentation.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems and standards specifically ISO 9001.
  • Collaborative team player ready to take ownership and drive continuous improvement.
