The System & Process Specialist provides support to the System & Process Manager and advises staff.
The role involves reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement to ensure successful system and project delivery, including involvement in the upcoming implementation of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities of the role : Assess project risks and issues, suggest solutions, or escalate when necessary.
Assist with the execution of daily tasks or projects and integrate all project functions to achieve deliverables.
Analyze information, suggest alternatives, and commit to solutions that optimize project resources.
Support the completion of work efficiently and on schedule.
Identify problems and uncertainties to ensure successful delivery.
Identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Respond to queries related to general, technical, and schedule issues.
Support staff involved in project execution.
Manage and build customer relationships and coordinate communications.
Assist with planning based on prioritized tasks, resources, and schedules.
Organize and prepare materials for stakeholder meetings.
Distribute meeting minutes and follow up on actions and decisions.
Assist in preparing reports for the System & Process Manager and stakeholders.
Maintain records of project changes.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.
