Operations Excellence Manager

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Operations Excellence Manager to join our Perth-based team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through process improvement and project management.

  • Develop and implement process optimisation and improvement strategies across various business units.
  • Identify continuous improvement initiatives, projects, activities, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity forms the foundation of reporting and lead the development of dashboards and reports across functional areas.
  • Collaborate with teams, management, and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic analytical support through data consolidation and analysis to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 5+ years of change management, process mapping, and optimisation techniques experience.
  • Team Management experience.
  • Experience in database concepts, data modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled at promoting a cohesive team environment with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Experience with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering.
  • Experience in the financial and banking sectors.
