Job Title: Quality and Risk Manager

We are seeking a proactive quality and risk professional who will play a key role in our business' future growth and development.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our quality management system in accordance with industry standards.
  • Monitor compliance with professional codes, legal obligations, and firm policies.
  • Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines (e.g. audit, tax, advisory).
About You:
  • Candidate must be CA qualified with a minimum 8 years experience in a professional services, legal, or compliance environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, ethical frameworks, and industry standards.

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including policy writing and board-level reporting.

Furthermore, you have sound judgement, professional scepticism, and high personal integrity.
