Operations Manager Waste and Cleansing

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our waste and cleansing services. This role will involve overseeing the strategic planning, delivery, and improvement of these essential services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage key contractor relationships to drive performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Promote a customer-centric approach across all waste and cleansing functions.
- Oversee budget management and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent the organization at stakeholder forums and meetings.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing industrial workforces.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management capability.
- Strategic planning skills across operational and environmental functions.
- Experience managing complex contracts and delivering service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- C Class Driver's Licence.
