Client Service Associate Role

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team, interacting with key clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns. You'll also assist in preparing proposals and maintaining accurate records of client and revenue data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage advertising bookings and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Support the preparation of customized proposals for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and revenue data.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent customer-facing skills and experience in a related field.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
