Brandt has the exciting opportunity for a Sales Trainee to join our Hastings (John Deere) Branch, as we enter an exciting growth phase in our business.

About the role:

Working alongside our experienced Territory Managers, this career opportunity offers training and growth for career advancement along with exposure and opportunities in the sales profession.

This position is responsible for providing support and coordinating the functions of the sales department.

Responsibilities

- New & used wholegoods and attachment inventory control
- Administration of sales and inventory-related items
- Work with the service and parts departments in relation to sales activities
- Assist with yard flow and organisation
- Provide support to sales staff (Including Sales and Branch Management)
- Prepare preliminary costing of equipment for Sales Management
- Assist walk-in customers
- Perform general administrative tasks for the branch
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Positive, upbeat attitude with ambitious outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, with good organisation skills
- Must be able to meet expected deadlines
- Previous industry related experience would be considered an asset
