About the Role

Key responsibilities include managing our learning management system, facilitating induction and ensuring our team members are rostered into required training to remain compliant in their roles.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow and maintain accurate processes
  • A positive, proactive approach and passion for supporting team member growth and development
  • 1-3 years in a similar position within a medium to large organisation
  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable
