Parts Salesperson/Interpreter

">About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.">The position involves:
  • Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
    - Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
    - Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts.
    - Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
    - Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
    - Assisting with stock checking and order processing
    - Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
    - Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
    - Ability to work well under pressure
