Spare Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Interpreter to fill this challenging role. As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing pricing and technical assistance to our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts interpreting for various machinery including Forklifts, Skid Steer Loaders, Tow Tugs, EWP's, Excavators, Sweeper/scrubbers
  • Handling customer inquiries, identifying parts and dispatching them in a timely manner
  • Following up outstanding quotations and purchase orders
  • Servicing the technicians' parts requests as required

Requirements:

  • Experience with parts interpreting and parts documentation systems
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels
