**Job Type**: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities
- **This parts interpreter's role can sometimes include deliveries.**_
- **Identifying Parts**: Use manuals and databases to identify the correct parts.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and replenish parts inventory.
- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries and orders.
- **Supplier Liaison**: Communicate with suppliers for parts procurement.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Stay updated on products and technology.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of inventory and orders.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect parts for defects.
- **Sales**: Promote and upsell products

Desired skills
- Strong automotive general knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Can prioritize any given workload

Systems training will be provided.

The applicant will come with a strong automotive parts knowledge base, ideally with previous interpreting experience in the automotive or equivalent industry.

- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
