Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to understand organizational priorities and identify research needs
  • Design and execute research projects, including planning, analysis, storytelling, and presentation

  • Connect the dots across multiple studies to drive out rich perspectives on improvement opportunities
  • Advise leadership and employees on client perceptions and gaps in experiences
  • Frequently seek to deepen understanding of current events and trends within financial services and the research industry
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of Market Research experience or similar role
  • Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Highly fluent in latest market research trends and approaches
  • Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SPSS and/or Python required
