Job Overview

The City Campus Loading Dock Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the ECU City Campus Loading Dock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the City Campus Loading Dock and support the Facilities Manager.
  • Manage loading dock logistics to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Support functional needs of Schools and Centres to ensure smooth campus service operation.
Requirements
  • A degree in logistics or equivalent experience/training.
  • Extensive experience in loading dock operations and general logistics within building or venue environments.
  • Proficient in scheduling and relevant software applications, including Microsoft 365.
  • A valid Traffic Control Ticket and Fork Lift license.
  • A strong safety focus and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills; ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
