Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The role of Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results. This individual will lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, and organic platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives;
  2. Building and managing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn;
  3. Optimizing campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and efficiency;
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and strategy, to ensure cohesive campaign execution;
  5. Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders;
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment;
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn;
  • A proven track record of running successful lead generation and eCommerce campaigns;
  • Confidence working with WordPress and campaign reporting tools;
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills;
  • A proactive and detail-focused mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
