  • Collaborate with our Village Manager to create and execute marketing and special events plans to attract new customers and increase patronage.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Manage food operations, including ordering, inventory control, and cost management, to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
Requirements:
  • Current knowledge of food handling legislation and HACCP requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing catering operations, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Right to work in Australia.
