Family and Community Counselling Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Family and Community Counselling Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional EAP services and family counselling to diverse clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive growth, implement change, and contribute to a collaborative group of leaders.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive development and growth opportunities, working collaboratively with management and staff towards best practices and ensuring consistency of service delivery.
  • You will be responsible for service direction, development, and delivery of the Family and Community Counselling Service (FCCS), Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contracts procurement and management, building the organisation's contract profile, and playing a key role in reporting to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering EAP services and family counselling to organisations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with management and staff towards best practices and ensuring consistency of service delivery.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree level qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences or a combination of relevant qualifications and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in social or community services management.
  • Ability to support, guide, and manage staff in remote regions, focused on a collaborative approach to service delivery.
