Family and Community Counselling Service Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Family and Community Counselling Service. As a key team member, you will be responsible for guiding the delivery of the service.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Service direction and delivery of the Family and Community Counselling Service (FCCS)
  • Contract management
  • Reporting to external parties
  • Leading a team in delivering Employee Assistance Programs to organisations

You will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant degree-level qualification or combination of relevant qualifications and/or experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in social services management
  • Ability to manage staff in remote regions
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of governance reporting responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accredited Family and Relationship Counsellor under the Family Law Act
  • Program and team management including proactive performance management
