Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Organiser to join our team in Ballarat. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of our Home Care programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to new clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and support
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and communicating effectively with them
  • Managing and coordinating schedules, rosters, and office systems to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring and managing client inquiries, complaints, and incidents, and escalating them as necessary
  • Collaborating with our care teams to match client needs with our employees' skills and availability
About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care services. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordinating services for clients
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our care teams
  • Experience working in the aged care or health sector, with a strong understanding of the BEST philosophy and values
  • A commitment to delivering person-centered care that prioritizes the needs and preferences of our clients

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance OR NDIS Workers screen
