Our team delivers personalized support solutions in home and community settings, applying person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.

  • We have extensive experience in disability and NDIS support, children's services, aged care, veterans' care, and community nursing.

As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and career development, including complex care skills.

We offer consistent rosters and a supportive team culture, as well as wellness initiatives and access to the Sonder wellbeing app – 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • You must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain one.
  • You must be available to work across a full shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
  • You must hold a valid unrestricted driver's licence.
