About the Role

Ventia is seeking an experienced Facilities & Asset Coordinator to provide key support for our facilities and asset management operations at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

This is a permanent full-time position onsite at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woodville, SA 5011. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client/Contractor Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Breakdown Work Orders: Liaise with contractors to ensure breakdown work orders are addressed promptly and follow up on additional required works.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Review and manage statutory and non-statutory maintenance, ensuring timely completion of work orders and corrective actions.
  • SHEQ Compliance: Conduct monthly SHEQ interactions to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Administration & Reporting: Manage AGFMA inbox, prepare quarterly reports, assist with Legionella reporting, and maintain SharePoint documentation.
  • Roster Management: Coordinate and manage the on-call roster to ensure adequate coverage.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, asset coordination, or a similar administrative role within a healthcare or facilities setting.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and contractor liaison.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and reporting, with a focus on compliance and safety.
