About the Role

- Lead and manage daily operations of the Hospital Without Walls service in alignment with NSQHS standards and relevant healthcare frameworks
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across integrated programs: Post Acute Care, Grampians Watch, and Virtual Care
- Contribute actively to the extended leadership team within Medical and Clinical Programs
- Promote and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence
- Oversee workforce planning, service delivery, and clinical governance to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes

About You

  • Extensive experience and advanced clinical knowledge in community nursing, home-based care, and managing complex health needs
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong commitment to person-centred, high-quality, and safe care
  • Proven skills in financial management, data analysis, and generating clear reporting
