Tax Advisory Manager

At KPMG, we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Manager to join our Employment Tax team. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-touch, value-add advisory and compliance services to our diverse client portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Consult with Australia's largest employers on their Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, and Superannuation Guarantee obligations.
- Develop and implement employment tax compliance solutions, leveraging data analytics and robotic process automation.
- Resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities, ensuring seamless client service.
- Contribute to the growth of our national network and shape our future employment tax offerings.
- Collaborate with our wider Workforce Advisory business, working alongside a young and vibrant national team with a collaborative culture and strong growth mindset.
- Develop and grow external client and internal KPMG relationships, driving business development opportunities.
- A passionate individual who excels at communication, able to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
- A can-do attitude, always seeking creative solutions to problems with the support of the right technical tools and a collaborative team.
- A business development expert, confident in creating effective sales materials, including proposals, case studies, and sector-specific content.
- Experience in executing tax compliance and advisory work, with a strong background in employment tax matters.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills, with experience in FBT, Alteryx, or other automation technology tools.
- A commitment to client service, with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
