Tax Advisory Manager

The Deal Advisory Tax team at KPMG is a market-leading, dynamic group that works on significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover a broad spectrum, including private equity, infrastructure, property, and financial services.
Your Opportunity
You will work on a diverse range of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tax due diligence and advisory services
- Structuring and deal advice, including fund structures
- Transaction document review and analysis
- Tax model reviews and development
- Post-deal integration and support
- ATO and FIRB correspondence
Your Experience

- Transaction tax experience or a passion for M&A
- A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships
- Strong tax technical skills and knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
