Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Growth Opportunities Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive customer growth. As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of retention and loyalty marketing principles, as well as experience in designing effective cross-sell journeys.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing refinance and cross-sell strategies, leading continuous improvement of application journeys, project managing technical enhancements to customer platforms and CRM systems, and designing and implementing personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns.

You will also establish and optimize customer lifecycle marketing programs, analyze customer data to identify patterns that indicate refinance readiness or product affinity, and lead A/B testing initiatives across all customer communications.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, as well as a minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services industries.

In terms of key competencies, we are seeking a candidate with expert knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, advanced proficiency in CRM & marketing automation, strong data analysis and segmentation skills, and experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
