Senior Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our commercial design and construction company, you will be responsible for leading the creation of innovative design concepts, overseeing project management, and collaborating with high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Develop and present design concepts that align with client goals and project specifications.
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of the design process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the final design.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, including plans, specifications, and materials lists.
