Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Kappa Executive Search. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing creative and functional interior designs from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts that meet client needs and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration of design with structural and service elements.
  • Oversee material, finish, and furnishing selections within budgetary constraints.
  • Lead client presentations, design reviews, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain project objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring quality control throughout.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' local experience in commercial interior fit-outs and refurbishments.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
