About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Laminex Australia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Design and develop detailed kitchen designs using design software 2020, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
  • Work closely with the retail and trade teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to delivery and installation.
  • Stay informed of current design and renovation trends to offer relevant and inspiring ideas to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in kitchen and interior design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in 2020 design (ideal) or related design program and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
