Program Structure:

  • Year 1: Build Your Foundation
    • First-year rotation designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business
    • Attend skill-building workshops and participate in cross-functional exposure to different areas of the organization
    • Be paired with a dedicated senior leader mentor who will support your development journey
  • Year 2: Elevate Your Skillset
    • Second-year rotation with increased responsibility and autonomy
    • Participate in advanced professional skills training and immersive projects that challenge you to think critically and creatively
    • Transition into a permanent role within the organization where you can continue to grow and develop your skills
