As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational aspects of the Residential College run smoothly, providing support for students and staff, and maintaining a caring and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a boarding facility
- A genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of students
- A current First Aid Certificate
You will be required to work collaboratively with our team to provide a high level of care and support for our students, including:
- Assisting with social and academic needs
- Providing guidance and support during challenging situations
- Working closely with staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Residential College
