About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Life Supervisor to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our residential life team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residence, ensuring the wellbeing and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the coordination of residence operations, including incident and welfare management, purchasing, and administration.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and management of strategic residential life projects and events.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as the primary contact for residents in relation to all situations that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and associated organizations.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, who is energetic, creative, self-motivated, and focused on delivering a memorable student resident experience. You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity, including wellbeing and mental health literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new ideas and engaging events, then formulate plans to deliver them.
  • Experience managing events in line with event budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Possess a current First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
  • The successful candidate must be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check.
