Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative logistics solutions that directly impact our delivery network.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify opportunities for improvement in our first, middle, and last mile delivery operations. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize transport costs, trade-offs, and routing using advanced optimization tools and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

You will also design and develop smart, scalable delivery networks that adapt to different volumes and geographies, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and logistics to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of first, middle, and last mile logistics, including volume forecasting, multi-wave scheduling, fleet requirements, and cost optimization.
  • Expert ability with data analysis tools and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to recommend network solutions.
