Key Responsibilities:- Manage casualty claims, providing expert advice, support, and guidance to customers for timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Follow and uphold casualty claims processes and systems, ensuring fair, consistent, and responsive service.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Assess policy coverage, liability, and quantum of claims, setting and executing resolution strategies.
- Proven experience in managing public liability/casualty claims portfolios.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
