About the Role

You will work closely with experienced solicitors, insurers, and doctors to ensure clients receive the best possible outcome for their CTP and public liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and review correspondence, forms, and court documents
  • Liaise with solicitors, insurers, and medical professionals to progress claims
  • Assist with case management, including preparing briefs and coordinating medical appointments
  • Contribute to the development of business-enhancing marketing strategies
