About the Role

UniLodge is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a welcoming environment and delivering a positive resident experience
  • Assisting with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, and general needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns or issues related to resident safety and wellbeing
  • Coordinating administrative duties, including mail, filing, and other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
  • Working with Children Check - NSW
  • Valid C Class Drivers Licence
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate – or willing to obtain
