Job Overview
Digital Records Officers play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and accessible records for the Department of Education.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carr[y] out sentencing and disposal of digital departmental records to ensure compliance with regulations
- Support the implementation of machine learning algorithms in record sentencing
- Provide expert advice and support to staff on records management best practices
- Contribute to process improvements in departmental records management
- Deliver administrative and project support services to enhance team efficiency
- Collaborate proactively with the department to develop and maintain a comprehensive records management program
