- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis and deliver compelling product demonstrations to the ANZ business development team.
- Interact with customers to understand their key requirements, market dynamics, and provide solution-based expertise.
- Utilize data from predefined dashboards to make informed decision recommendations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven presales and client management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Confidence in dealing with risk and compliance customers and other decision makers.
- Able to maintain awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings.
- Strong team player and problem-solving skills.
