Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams to ensure seamless integration of assay performance.
  • Provide comprehensive support to mine sites following installation, driving adoption among gold mining companies.
  • Proactively explore innovative applications of PhotonAssay by deeply understanding existing site workflows.
Sales Support
  • Offer critical technical and application support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Protect and enhance the reputation of PhotonAssay.
Subject Matter Experts
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts, providing technical collateral, training, and support to internal functional teams and clients.
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of PhotonAssay to confidently communicate its capabilities.
  • Build and manage productive relationships with key site stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University Degree qualifications in Geology, Geosciences, or Metallurgy.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in geology, mining, metallurgy, or scientific applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and customers.
