About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Carer, you will provide essential care to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Delivering high-quality personal care services to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supporting daily living activities, including meal preparation, showering, and personal hygiene.
  • Assisting with transportation and accompanying clients on outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided, as required.

Requirements

  • Certificate III Aged Care or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
  • A roadworthy vehicle for use during work hours.
  • Proficiency in technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Ability to pass relevant probity checks, as per legislative requirements.
