About the Role

The Wee Waa Pool Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring our swimming facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.

  1. Administrative duties, such as cash handling, banking, and general administration, require meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Leadership skills are essential in providing support and training to staff members, promoting team growth and skills development.
  3. Daily operations must be managed effectively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  4. Front Desk and Kiosk responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and adhering to entry procedures and health protocols.

As a lifeguard, you will be equipped with rescue and first aid skills to respond to emergencies, ensuring swimmer safety.

The role may involve rotation across Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities and returning to Narrabri Aquatic Centre during winter shutdown.

About You

Ideal candidates possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in leadership, pool management, and customer service.

  • A certified pool lifeguard qualification is mandatory.
  • Pool plant and equipment maintenance experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience is required to drive team success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering outstanding customer service.
